Easy & Quick Hiring
You will meet our best-fit candidates selected for you based on your requirements, and interview them on Zoom. Your chosen candidate will work with you ‘live’ during your business hours and will report to you directly.
Hassle-Free Solutions
Our virtual staff come fully equipped, checked, and onboarded, so you don’t need to worry about these things. We take care of their payroll, sickness, and holidays, and any missed hours are deducted from your weekly invoice.
Simple Payments
We will invoice you weekly and send a copy of your invoice to your accountant. You will only pay for the actual number of hours delivered/used and if your assistant is sick or on holiday, the missed hours are deducted from your invoice.
Fair Cancelation Terms
Every time you hire a new assistant with us, their first 2 weeks will be their trial period. You can cancel any time effective immediately. After they complete their trial period, you can give us a one-month notice any time for any reason.
No Hidden Fees or Charges
You only pay the hourly rate x 50 hours/week and this includes everything and is treated as a fully deductible business expense for professional services. There are no onboarding, administration, interview, or any other fees.
